1200 DVT Full Termi For Dvt

  1. What did you decide to do in the end, Steve?

  2. I didn't do anything, I've decided I really don't like the look of the long Termi can to pay £1400 + dealer labour for plugging my bike into a laptop, if a system & up map key came up 2nd hand at a reasonable price, I'd probably give it a go, I'm more leaning toward waiting for mapping to become available for the Dvt model & go for an Akrapovic full system
Besides that, I'm looking to buy a Honda Sp1/Sp2 at the moment.

  4. Crikey now thats got a bazooka on the end of the pipe ! Makes the termi downright petite.

  5. Don't think about it just bite the bullit you will not be disappointed plus you can't see it when your ridding it you just hear that fantastic noise and the popping and banging when you use the quick shifter is priceless

  6. I have just got round to fitting mine, upmap will be sorted when it goes in for service next week - hopefully as the weather forecast is not looking great.

Has anyone who has fitted the full termi removed the laser etching and plate riveted to the inside of the silencer referencing not for road use? The etched plate references USA and Canada usage but it might be best not having any reference not for road use on it at all.

I bought my last termi secondhand and this had already been done by the previous owner. I now know why there were the remnants of two rivet heads neatly drilled out on it!

    Cheers

  7. I left my plate on but bought one of these one fleabay and stuck in on. Its metallic and is the right size to cover up the not for racing use lol.
