My 1200 had stock exhaust, it was never exciting. My new 1260 GT, I got it with the full termi and not a single regret. On motorways it's not audible when cruising but when you hoon it, it just sounds amazing. I ride with the baffle out, tried it in for a couple of days but just didn't see the point. Why spend the money to lower the volume by a marginal amount and suffocate such a glorious system. Honestly, I truly think it's the best 'upgrade' you can do to the bike. Sure, doesn't add much in performance, but it smoothens the power out and it's just a dream to ride. My only issue, it brings out the child in you and you can't but help your self and give it the beans in any tunnel or open street. Oh, and I'm a sucker for the burble and pops on the down run, it's no spitting Ford Focus RS thank god, it's subtle and gorgeous sounding! To finish my post off, it's so good, even my wife who has no clue about cars or bikes, LOVES the sound.
^ Everything freshage said. Zero regrets. I hate super loud pipes and I also ride without the baffle, It’s perfect.
