Game Of Thrones

I liked the first season of narcos, first couple of seasons of house of cards. Otherwise I watch a lot of comedy... girls, looking, new girl, modern family, 30 rock, togetherness, happy endings, peep show... too many favourites to mention.

what a cracking start to the new series with arya stark borrowing walder frey's face......still I guess he didn't need it anymore..

 

The wife and I cottoned on quite quickly... the mother in law was clueless until the reveal (even then I don't think she quite got it)

 

I watched it when the whole thing started and then they killed sean bean, I've not watched it since

 

Everybody kills Sean Bean. It's a permanent feature in his contract, Sean Bean always has to die.

 

This and The Walking Dead are must watch for me.
Sky Atlantic have the first showing of Game of Thrones at 2am Monday morning if you can't wait until 9pm.
Do you watch Thronecast after? I usually fast forwards through the mindless chatter but there are some behind the scenes stuff and a quick preview of the next episode.

 

hoping Jerome Flynn will be in a bit more as Bronn is one of my favourite characters..I think a double act of Bronn and the Hound could carve a pretty big hole through any opposition and put in some epic one liners.

 

I read him and cersi in life were lovers and it ended so badly they have it contracted they don't appear together

 

Best one was the prostitute talking about his poor broken nose...

Bronn is a likable character. His total disregard for Tyrian and Jamie Lannisters high born standing, and their willingness to allow it, makes for some funny dialogue.

Bronn at his best with Podrick.

 

Just mentioned this to the wife and she said they have been in a scene together (after Tyrion gets his scar, she goes to see him and the guards make Bron wait outside. After they talk, she leaves and walks past Bron) but not exchanged dialogue. According to the tinterwebs, they're not on speaking terms.

 

How fantastic is this series so far?! Best thing by a mile for ages.

Just watched the last episode and if that dragon grow's any more I'm gonna need a bigger telly !! Have to say, given the choice of bending the knee or being turned into a crispy critter I would have been on me chin strap..

 

Has anyone else noticed a potential flaw with John Snows plan? They alluded to it on Thronecast.
Don`t want to say to much in case anyone hasn`t seen this episode yet.

 

Wondering more when he will be flying a dragon....wont matter then!
