You will never find a date which suits everybody. Just pick on a date (ASAP) and stick to it - some folk will be able to go, some not. So it goes.

Where the A5 crosses beneath the M1, at M1 Junction 9, there is a roundabout on the A5 with a lay-bye on the left. How about meeting there at about 10 am? Then heading up the A5 Watling Street to the Silly Sausage.
