Even if a cat c that is still a bargain! Get it serviced by an independent, belts and valve check, add some fuel and thrash it stupid
I don't think it's had a trip down the road, ive done a history check on it and that came up clear, the seller reckons it's been dropped at some point, he still has the original faring with it, At that price I'm not expecting a mint condition bike but it looks tidy, now for a set of termis a rear stand and a mono seat
Sounds like you've approached it with your eyes open. Thats alot of bike at that money. New fluids, tyres, pads etc and you should be off to a great year
