For the record the the above was a bit out of order as I'm far from an internet warrior however it is all true and even now 5 years on I'm pissed off and would not buy as much as a key ring off them....I would say that charlie jagger did nothing wrong obviously defended his son as we would expect and he appeared a decent bloke.....and offered future discount on whatever, admittedly I did ask about some service work a fair while after on another 848 and yes a small saving was offered....fortunately I went to Ducati John in rothwell (Leeds) and never looked back
