Had issues before like that. Reason being your Bluetooth device on helmet is not version 4.0. Yes I know 4.1 or 4.xx should work but Bluetooth manufacturers are not obligated to do so. I know LG don’t work Sony works but makes noise so it’s a trial and error thing. Note This only for music all else works fine for all.
