  1. Oh yes, I don’t use Ducati Connect or Sygic …… for a very good reason :joy: Andy

  2. I'm not sure if you are using Apple or Android but in Android, volume is app specific, i.e. you can set different volume levels for different apps. It is likely to be the same in Apple. So it would be worth turning the airpods volume up to full (I presume they have their own app) and your music player volume up to full.

According to the manual (sorry, I'm an engineer, I read manuals before I get the bike :D ) You need to have Sygic and connect open on your phone before you connect/open it on the bike.

  3. If you use the Ducati connect and pair with the bike then when you scroll through the ‘top’ menu on the dashboard you will see the Ducati connect app, this allows you to choose playlists, tracks, skip and control the volume with the handlebar controls.

You can also use Sygic (but it’s flaky).

You MUST change the iPhone settings so Auto lock is set to ‘never’.

  4. I've not used any app, just bluetooth my phone to the bike, helmet to the bike, and it's all wotking just fine..?
