  1. I finally got round to putting some video together from my Almeria trip. 3 views : front (nose), Right side fairing and rear view.

    Very true btw. Every GoPro advert is someone doing something far cooler/more heroic than I could manage :D

  7. Here is one of my Gopro videos. I mount two cameras, one back and one front. This was taken from my BMW with my wife on her BMW following. I now need to work out how to fit a vibration free mount to the back of the Ducati.

  11. Apologies Mary I consider myself thoroughly reprimanded and will now self impose a 3 day no posting allowed sentence for gross infringement of site rules (and sensibilities)

  13. i guess you have learned where NOT to position your camera, ( unless all that you are interested in seeing is the rev counter and a bit of sky ! )

  15. Yup, the problem was not so much where it was mounted but the angle, despite having it angled well out away from my chest, the angle my chest was at was a lot steeper than I imagined. Next time I'm going to try mounting a camera, either under the fairing or with a suction pad onto the big round headlamp (with a safety lanyard attached just in case)

    I made the video for me anyway, I never intended to post it, I just thought maybe somebody would be interested in the views from the camera mounted to the barends
