You might need some nylon washers to act as spacers between the mounting bolt holes and carbon to get the fit absolutely perfect. Enjoy.
The RSR carbon that arrived has a few nylon washers for the rear hugger, but nothing for the front mudguard. I guess that means it will fit perfectly.
Fitted really well both the hugger and mudguard. Just the sticker on the from mudguard to do think I’m going to go for Aprilia Racing over #be a racer. Mainly because it’s says Aprilia racing everywhere else on the bike. The original mudguard comes with #be a racer on it…
Take it to Griff at AP Performance at Tamworth. What he doesn't know about Aprilias isn't worth knowing. He was once a very senior tech at Aprilia UK i believe.
I went over the original seat so to stop the seat sponge getting and staying wet, Its the stapled underneath, I cant take the glory for doing mine as I used the trimmer who does our camper seats to fit it!

Okaayy,…So you swapped one perfectly good Tuono, for another perfectly good Tuono,….Why??.. I must be a bit slow today cos I’m not sure I’m following this Quite fancied a Tuono for a while now, I’d have been happy with the first one??
