  1. Girls Aloud are a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine too...you'd be surprised by the number of people who will actually fess up to this too if asked.

  2. The Carpenters. I liked them as a wee kid. So as an adult I can listen to them as she had a beautiful voice.

Etc etc Just ordered some YZF/FZR750's, Rgv 500 schwantz, SR500, OW98 Like I said 'NERD'

  5. hmm dunno why, i can view them..if its a problem for everyone and anyone is interested i'll repost in another thread.

  6. I see them okay. :)

  7. See them ok now, bizarre. Are they the after market throttle cable guides? Look really nice, done a great job. Like the data logger connections and the hose wrap. If you build primarily bikes HLJ.com do some great reference books for 70's 2 strokes through to moto gp stuff all in japanes but great sources of reference to super detail. I now use bare metal foil for the fork stanchions as well as for hose clips with a small piece of plastic bar etc; but my feckin eye sight is getting worse. Is the motor done in Al Clad?

  8. Sorry for thread hijack (us nerds got to stick together).

  9. go to nerdtard thread...

  10. My guilty pleasure is some of the music I like. I'm not sure I'll confess to some of the artists just yet!

  11. Mine is that I play a Trumpet. I play in a 'Big Band' which is only moderately geeky, but growing up in Brass Bands was REALLY geeky.

  12. As we are on music, I love military bands, and the pipes always bring a tear to my eye. Had the pleasure once of seeing an old man playing the pipes in a small village outside of Caen. Only later I realised it was/could have been Piper Bill Millin

  13. Cartoons. I love em. Not just the Hanna Barbara stuff, but also and mainly the late 70s, 80s and early 90s American stuff. Thundercats, Transformers, M.A.S.K that sort of thing. When actual animators had to draw each cell (not very well admittedly.
I do have the first few original seasons of Scooby Doo somewhere. Not that is some quality stuff my friends :upyeah:

  14. dude do you remember 'Battle of the Planets"? fkn loved it..
Transformers used to have me in tears of laughter with its 80's melodic metal soundtracks..all written by a session guy called Stan Bush...heres a little trip down memory...just for you Matt xx
