If I remember correctly, if there is no one for the insurance company to claim from it then goes down as a "your fault" claim.
Yeah not going to go through insurance anyway, £350 excess and it will be bumped up for years to come, i'm just buying the bits and bobs when i can, its mostly cosmetic so i can live with that :wink:
Haha no, he was pretty devastated about it to be honest, this is just one more thing in a long list of wrong doings, he's moved out staying with mates.
