  4. Post #16 doesn't exist on my thread. Probably for the same reason I see no point in make believe stuff about dragons.

    Its nonsense.

  7. Perhaps the poster of #16 is on various member's blocked list. I won't bother reposting the clip, as I feel I'm flogging a dead dragon!

  12. Been in reform country all week they’re the only flags I’ve had “waved in my face” in 50 odd years of living here. Will be dealing with a particular roadside one when i leave tmrw . Pics to follow x
    Fucking flag shaggers :joy:

  13. I don't understand the whole blocking of users posts thing.
If I was at the point of blocking somebodies posts I'd obviously have enough experience and understanding of that persons online persona to know not to take much notice of what they say.

So I just choose not to get upset by anything those people post, regardless of my feelings on the subject, or simply just choose not to read it.

    You can also miss-out.
It's a fact that that those who some choose to block are often those with a slightly different view on, or attitude to, life, and they often have a slightly unusual character.
To me that makes them interesting and entertaining, so I wouldn't want to be insulated from what they post as it's often amusing and gives me the full 100% of entertainment from the site.

  14. the best answer by far is to agree to disagree Simon/different strokes for different folks. That's three of us declaring publicly that we are happy with our choice to block, and i know a fourth who feels the same - please just let us be. :upyeah::)

  15. understandable

I blocked fairy pisshead because he was going through all my posts nuking them and I was getting bored of the notifications and him existing.

Nothing to do with the inordinate amount of utter bollocks he posts.

  16. Just to add to this, the only difference between blocking someone and not is you cant see their posts in the politics/mong section. Sadly everywhere else you can
Only plus side is they can’t respond to you or send you messages.

  17. Exactly. Blocking is the fanny’s choice! :D

  18. Haha hiya fairy ya big fat fruit cake x

  19. Not the case, I’m blocked by one forum contributor and cannot see any of their posts, anywhere on the forum. Andy

  20. Just out of interest how do you block someone? :joy:
Each to their own, I’m all for freedom of choice, if people want to block others then that’s up to them. Personally I like to see what I’m up against with the ones i don’t agree with and there is usually some common ground to be found.
