as FE says, to take the wheel out, you need to remove them anyway, but for the record, my spindle protectors are just under 33cm and the inside of the stand is lust over 41cm. Plenty of room.
thanks all, sorry for all the specific questions FE- sure if i was taking the wheel out i would need to remove the R&G's im trying to find out if the stand will foul the fork protectors or not in general use such as if i was to use the stand at the track to put tyre warmers on
This has got to be the best stand on the market. God knows how much it is but it kills so many birds with one stone .Ducati 1199 Panigale Bursig Stand by Bursig.com Germany - YouTube. Seemingly theres a fitting kit for any model.
these are amazing, a guy with an rev4 had one recently at jerez. really clever and simple unfort they don't do one for a 998 other wise i would have bought it. that said, probike/bikelift FS 11 front stand is a very solid bit of kit and is just why i need, well pleased thanks all of your advice
