My shark did the goods the other week, however it wasn't an accident where my head seemed to take any significant impact. There is a little chipping of the paint on the back of the helmet, but thats it. obviously a new helmet will be par for the course, but as I won't be on a bike for anything from 1 to 2 years i'll wait and see what show deals come up. White or bright colours will be the way to go though.
My new lid, Schuberth C3 Pro, won't be to the taste of everyone on here but I like it! Plan to get the integrated Bluetooth collar in the new year! Opinions?
Yup I said that  Seriously well made lid though, comfy, very quiet and convenient with the drop down visor and flip up front, very compact too, have I sold it to you yet? Oh and Pinlock as standard, integrated antennae for bike to bike and helmet to helmet comms as well as FM radio.
I have a schuberth SR1 - best helmet I've owned - quiet and a great fit - hands down so much better than ARAI quantum I have £60 for a visor is a bit of a bugger though
Ive got a C3 mat black and will be getting a replacement one next year, will be getting a light coloured one this time as head got cooked (only downside) when in south of France, it was up in the forties, not expected in UK.
