You won't go wrong with the Michelin PR series and Pirelli Angel GT or Metzeler Z8 all cracking tyres,more than we can use on the road,it will depend on local availability and price.
Bridgestone T30's. Do a search, i was using these for trackdays and road riding on the 848. Awesome tyre.
I bought my PR4's and the guy fitting them told me that the T30 is his best selling tyre on tourers and sports bikes, he said that he has only heard glowing feedback about them. I might have a look next time.
I've got T30s and yes, they're great. They do make the bike turn more quickly and give it a lighter, more agile feel I noticed. Mind you I didn't have any problem at all with the OE Pirellis - went through two sets of them! And yes, nice video!
