On the Dvt are both inlet and exhaust cams variable control ? Do both cams have a cam sensor each ? At idle in live data are the map sensors reading the same values ? If you load the bike up in say to high of a gear and make it pull does it pluck and cough more than slowly winding the bike up the Rev Range . On cars I have had coil sticks play up just because they have had to be pulled out ...it can just upset them and give the plucking / coughing/ jerking symptoms....but so can a lot of other things too
