I think you need to hide the 916 keys now, it looks like they won't be fighting over boyfriends in the future but fighting over who gets the keys to what WERE ONCE DAD'S BIKES.

 

Our two (7 and 8) have been in a children's motorcycle display team since they were 5, much prefer to ride their own than come out on Dads but they do now and again, love taking them out

 

no age limit the law states both feet must reach the footpegs

 

That's as big as Ducati's get isn't it?

 

Would that be the lot that used to ride TYs ? think the were called the eagles or something ? saw them perform at a summer fayre i was at, they were really good

 

Theres a a few teams, you prb saw the Solent Eagles? Our girls are in the Tigers Children's M/C Display Team, should be a busy year for us which sadly minimises my saddle time but hey, teaching the little ones to ride is excellent fun and rewarding in its own way.

 

So glad that you take it seriously and get them in all the right gear; there are quite a few people locally that I have seen bombing around with there little ones on the back wearing jeans and hoodies, or ridiculous jackets and helmets that are more likely to snap their neck from weight than save them, it makes me sad that people would take that risk with there kiddies. Not saying kit protects from all injury but it's a damn good start!

anyway, great to see they are into it. I am sure they will be bike fans for life now, I will never forget my first time at the bike racing, listening to Sean Emmett, John Reynolds and Ian Simpson etc on the Ducati in BSB and just falling in love with bikes.

Would you encourage them to do Motocross? ride bikes themselves?
