  1. ^^ agree with all of that.
    All the 70’a strokers I ever rode (apart from the Suzuki gt750) had a wicked powerband that made them feel really quick. Nothing, nothing, nothing, oh shit!!!!!
    Couple that with crap brakes and pitiful frames and suspension and it’s no bloody wonder they were so dangerous (and addictive).

    He ‘acquired’ a white lid from work and got it painted up same as the bike, bloke made a really nice job of it too, that bike was awesome, totally effortless at everything you asked of it, well, compared to my tractor it was:upyeah:

Yeah your not wrong about them being dangerous! You had to learn pretty quick.... Happy days indeed :motorcycleduc:
     
  6. GT 750... proper mans bike that, like a 2 stroke grand tourer, water cooled and all.... Pretty sure that was the first bike to come out with a gear indicator!! Or was that the GT380? The 750 was the kettle right? I can almost hear the ringing of the exhausts, very distinctive sound:bucktooth:
