Hi Dirty Leeds, and sorry for the late reply. I'm based in north Spain, La Rioja (wine, wine, wine....). The situation for travellers in Spain is the same for locals... chaos. The government corrects an modifies the rules every day... sometimes every hour. Today, the foreing people must complete a 15 days quarantine. Tomorrow who knows. National trips are limitated and I'm not sure how affects to travelers. I.E. I live in La Rioja and I can´t go outside of my province, but if the reason is about work, i can go everywhere. Regards.
