Metal polish didn't really work. Sugar water didn't work. White spirit didn't work. Soooooooo going to try a product called Dodo Juice ferrous dueller. Ordered it off flea bay today so fingers crossed!! Also emailed Holts over 24hours ago and had no reply which is disappointing. I never complain either, it just makes my blood boil even more!!
The pipes are stainless right? Try this stuff then..... Yes 1 email on Wed/Thurs and 1 phone call. Email not been replied to as the technical team had computer issues on Friday so the lady I spoke to at Holts said. I'm soooooo pissed off with the whole situation!
Went to a mate of mine who works at Vauxhall as a sprayer. He used brake cleaner, a cutting paste and a blade to scrap this crap off and some of it came off but a lot of it is still caked on it. Going to look at getting the pipes 'cam coated'. Holts emailed me back a lot of s**t and said if they could have my address they'd send a free pot of chrome cleaner. The can send it up their ass's, they do no have a clue!!
