  1. It's a real fat b'std isn't it?

But yeah, carbon or mag wheels would be AWESOME! Thinking..... :Hungry:

Now look what you've gone and done

  2. You could do with losing a few bits off there too. Down pipe could be shortened and run a Tyga maggot silencer next to the engine casing. Is that a front mudguard I see there. It had better be carbon fibre....in fact just take it off. Badass.

  3. Ha! I was actually thinking of taking the front mudguard off or radically cutting it down, and was also tossing ideas around about minimalising the exhaust even further. I'm probably also going to ditch the airbox and fit cones soon.

Not sure what else I can take off it after that as I'm pretty much down to just wheels, seat, handlebars and engine now, which is all I think you need. It's very light indeed.

There's FAR too much uneccessary stuff fitted to bikes IMO. For instance, when I replaced the horrible WWII searchlight headlamp on my Monster I also took off all the metal brackets, cable guides, and shields and assorted other crap from around that area and ended up with a small bucket full of bits that clearly weren't needed but were adding weight.

  4. What size motor is it?

  5. It's a 900.

  6. Right. Get rid of half the front brakes anyway...

  7. Thought about doing that, but I quite like stopping in time rather than going through car windows when they pull out on me while their owners update their fucking Facebook status or whatever is so important that they feel it's vital to text about while emerging from a junction at the same time.

    Happened to me today. :punch:

  8. Yes, them car drivers are ones to watch. I live in Hull....near Ronnie Pickering.
