Mine did too, then fast bikes borrowed it for a shoot and did 10 laps around Silverstone and it's much better, wasn't even that chewed up so the suspension can't be that far out as standard
When I had mine on track the tyre wear looked spot on, all I've done is increased the preload and compression damping on the front slightly to keep up with the rear. [emoji4]
