  1. I'm using " visual analyser 2011 " to be honest it's a bit of a PITA , it takes some getting used to , this app for the IPhone is a doddle by comparison.Next time I check my belt tension I'll run them back 2back to see

  2. I'm doing my 4v belts for the first time, all the mechanical stuff is straightforward I have found , all very logical and understandable, but the tensioning of the belts using the 'Sonic' method is trying my patience!
I must have spent more than a couple of days in total just getting some belt tensioning software downloaded sucessfully, and now I have I don't have a clue how to use it!

  3. If you get ExactFit belts from @Exige they come with new Fuji nuts...

  4. Don't re use the Fuji Nuts unless you want to risk major engine failure, you should also use new wave washers too, my Fuji Nuts are to a full automotive exterior spec and are superior coating - although not necessary. They are all I could source with my UK OEM Automotive contacts :) Did you buy the belts and how much were they? If the Nuts are that much I wonder how much their belts are!

  5. I used a large socket for mine. First tighten the nut just enough so that the cam can be turned a holds its place. Adjust your tension with the socket on a bar or ratchet. Finally with an adjustable spanner hold the cam with the tip of a adjustable and torque up the nut. The adjustable only JUST holds the cam.
