Wasn't aware that the fuelling on the Scrambler was worst of all. The Hyper one is okay but I am sure Ducati will issue some patch to the software. Or could be that my bike is still young... 600 Kms. I am very happy with the SP for me there was no question coming from a standard 821, than to get the SP with Ohlins. I also have a S1000R with the dynamic damping control so I now have the feel about how the bike behaves when changing damping between rain, road, sport and sportier, so now by having the SP just one allen I can adjust it jump on it and enjoy. The standard one don't have fork adjustment and only compression on the rear, I always was left wanting more from the forks.
