I'm sorry to hear of your experience. I've used Hyside and found them to be honest and straightforward. A KTM dealer somewhere near Hemel once tried to rinse me £900+ for an interim service claiming it took their engineer over 1.5 days to complete it. I got that in writing and sent it to the CEO of KTM. Needless to say I received an apology from the dealer stating a computer error. Lesson learned though, confirm all instructions in writing (email is binding, get a receipt acknowledgement by asking for a reply) and set parameters and expectations where overages are concerned.
