I Just Bought A Ducati :-)

  4. 2 hours round trip and £10 of diesel :):upyeah:

    This is what was listed... some of which are standard. The upgrade Forks / Corse Gearbox / 70mm Termi are the main additions I guess.

    Ohlins FGRT forks.
    Ohlins TTX rear shock.
    Ohlins steering damper.
    Ducati Corse transmission.
    Marchesini forged alloy wheels.
    Carbon swingarm protection (new).
    Carbon intake channels (new).
    Carbon front subframe (new).
    Domino race throttle kit with grips (new).
    Termignoni 70mm race kit with ECU and filter.
    DID ERV3 520 chain conversion (new).
    JT Sprocket racing rear sprocket holder, quick swap (new).
    JT Sprocket front and rear 520 (new).
    Braided racing brake and clutch hose kit (new).
    Samco hose kit blue with alloy piping.
    Bayliss painted race fairing kit (new).
    Dunlop Sportmax GP Racer D212 front and rear (new).
    Complete service with valve check, belt change, filters, plugs and oil. OEM. (new).
    Wheel and head stock bearings new.
    HM Quickshifter.
    Race starter and kill switch.
    Race ignition switch.
    And a lot of other parts I have forgotten about. No shortcuts were taken when building this bike!
    Bike has COC document with it and is a matching number, genuine Bayliss Limited edition. Confirmed by Ducati headquarters.

  11. ok, I'm a lil jealous of the bike.. ( and teeth) so I just bought a 1200 monster... The meccano one but it's some sort of fix...
    I can't stay mad at exige.. Just grabbed a random clean t shirt out the stack and it happens to be the one he gave me!

  12. Fired up for the first time this morning - shuffled it's tail pipes out of the kitchen door but it didn't want to go outside in the cold :cold_sweat:.
    Sounded loud and ticked over like a kitten, love this bike :eek:
    Checked the forks for a part number too - they are FGRT 8032's, can't find reference to them on-line though...
