Just spoke to the dealer who has got all the information for me ducati UK are the ones that have messed it up.due to them not putting the order in until 2 weeks after I had ordered it.

Well it just gets better I'm surpose to be picking my new bike up today that I should have got 4 weeks ago. But now the upgraded seat that was part of the deal that was apparently there 2 weeks ago has suddenly vanished. Find this hard to swallow.we shall see if it mysteriously turns up today.if not I then have to wait for one to turn up. What was surpose to be excitement getting a new bike is nothing more than disapointment
The seat sat around could be a genuine mistake of someone missplacing it, in the wrong place or simply thought it was another bikes it just seems you have had a number of events that haven't seen the purchase as a smooth one.
That's the one I've ordered.they had it last week but now it's gone missing so they have ordered another.bike rides great just got to wait for the seat now
