The TT is run by ACU Events isn’t it, and one assumes the riders need an ACU licence to compete? Said ACU has a well qualified medical panel and I struggle to believe, if there’s ACU involvement, any rider carrying potential medical issues hasn’t been signed off by said panel. Especially a high profile one. After that, it is entirely the rider’s decision.
