Welcome! Is it the "S" model that gives the bother with the multis? Quite fancied one myself when myself and the Streetfighter part ways
IMO the RSV4 is much better than the Panigale, i had the coolant manifold recall as well but i bought a aliminium version from the states, only off road for 3 weeks . I use Fowlers in Bristol but the best i have used is In moto in Croydon, they did a lot of work on my 1st RSV4.
Your not wrong about the dealer in port talbot! Had my first service done there, but not sure I'd use them again.
