I just changed my 15 Multi to a 17 Multi with them too They charged me about £35 for the 6 weeks left remaining + a large Admin fee £30 to £50 - when I complained - they lowered the admin fee to around £15 I thought that was good service - and it took less than 2 minutes.. Just waiting on the renewal now to see how good that is...

MCE called me other day for my renewal after 20 min on phone bumped my price up to £450 ....No chance tried compare the market when i got home got same policy for £215 from guess who MCE WTF really how are they getting away with this
