I think they are very good, bought several bikes off them and have found them to be very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a Ducati now, they look after my bikes and nothing is a problem For sales, phone up and ask for Craig, he doesn’t work Mondays as that’s his day off.
Having read the posts above, they sound just like my experience of MotoRapido. Having said that Craig at MR has been extremely helpful and efficient. my only experience of Ducati Coventry, including when it was JHP (I think) was positive, visited twice, coffee good, friendly.
Had my running in service done by them, now Worcester has gone I only really have Coventry Ducati to use
