1200 Is front fork seal a warranty claim?

Ooh err, that sounds like a proper fail. When mine have gone its been a slight weep. Sounds like you've got a gusher!

 

Problem with USD forks I guess - oil leaks flow downward?

I had the seals on my Kettle replaced last year for £120, so not a mega expensive job if you don't fancy doing it yourself, though your pads maybe screwed now?
