  5. Today's the Day, so pleased that it is warm, dry and sunny !! Just ordered a Fenda Extenda; a set of screen spacers from Aztec, and a small model for the garage shelf. I will be sorry to se the big GS go, but things move on !!

  6. Enjoy it Dave. Hope it stays dry for you

  7. Enjoy Dave!!

    I'm sure u will !

  8. Dave, which fender extender did you buy?
    Congrats on the bike BTW

  9. What a machine !! All the reviews and hype do not do it justice, I am smacked in the mouth !! Did 100 miles yesterday in the drizzly damp conditions - awesome. The handling inspires such confidence. I will soon get used to forks that dip a little on braking, none of that on the Beemer, but it so much lighter and flickable. The power that comes in above 5k revs is a revelation, good job that the pillion pad gives some support. I bought a Fenda Extanda from ebay, around £17, should arrive today. The sun is shining - whee Haa !!

  10. Well done Dave you will enjoy it.

Would suggset you get a radiator guard if you haven't already.

"The sun is shining"! Where do you live it can't be in the UK surely?

  11. Hu GUys, we do get a little bit of sunshine now and then - just south of Selby ! Totally rainy day today, so time to fiddle and polish. I have taken the lower engine shields off, they cover up that impressive deep sump, front exhaust and oil pipes _ I just like to see the engine I guess. Anyway, the two collies seem to approve !!
