@Davyd If you haven’t already, try to unscrew, clean and grease (w/ copper) the 2 headers screw plugs. Beware as sometimes they are rusted and won’t come out easily. These are important to set your injection, during the last phase when you set the idle mixture (%CO). That’s where you can plug an O2 sensor and mesure the Air/Fuel ratio (AFR), which is directly linked to the %CO.
Nothing to declare unfortunately. She’s up and running I’ve given her a good service belts oil brake fluid all filters etc but she hesitant to start unless she gets some throttle, unfortunately I’m 150 miles from any Ducati places to get her set up properly. I’ve put some injector cleaner in the tank so come the better weather I’ll get her mot sorted and get a few miles on her and see if it helps. And then I’ll have to get some one to check the valves and set tps I’m not going to restore her as she’s scruffy but totally original and their only original once.
Now I know what's in it, I see why it works so well! I'm not that brave so might stick to Autosol and have not such a shiny exhaust.
It's a relatively weak solution of hydrochloric acid sometimes known as muriatic acid or in a stronger form spirits of salts.
Paint a wee drop on and give it a rub with a used scotchbrite pad it’s so easy and quick just wash it off with plenty of water and your good to go
