Ha-Ha-Ha... I used to go real slow on an approach, just to chuff of the XR2 or whatever it was behind, and then biff it into 2nd and stoat it on through and once did exactly the same, and got the back wheel off the ground. Terribly childish but oh such wonderful fun And I've often wondered why we had such fun and bond with these motors? because we were young, because they were crummy and we chucked them about or was it because they actually did have character?
