General rule #1 of UK bike fora.......always criticise Stoner for being a skiving, lazy, lucky, moaning, electronics dependent tombstone toothed endowed to$$er, whilst praising the GOAT as being the Messiah. Bigger than Jesus even. General rule #2, do not attempt the converse or face the wrath. I know this from experience.

Audi VAG group not happy with the GP12,......... CEO stated they should start again and build a new bike, Torchio to be replaced by the x CEO of Fiat.... Who pulled the plug on yamaha when VR left.... I don't think Vale will be going anywhere soon! But some of the Engineers and the Boss will be departing very soon to be replaced by engineers who listen and know what they are doing on a motogp bike. I reckon by Estoril we should see some massive improvements.. VAG want success.........!!!!
Just been reading JBs view in the L4. He reckons it is the best engine layout to have. It also never stopped Capirossi, Bayliss, Stoner winning races, and the L2 was never a problem in WSB. When you trace Ducatis problems they go back to when Rossi switched to Bridgestone and Ducati were not their key customer. The frame, engine layout, forks are red herrings IMHO. It's all about the tyres. that is Ducatis problem Rossi said that he won't risk killing himself fighting for 6th place. People can read into that what they will.
