It's up again https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Kawasaki...128666?hash=item3fe217789a:g:L~MAAOSwCdVeytmR It might be worth asking him if he still has the carbon frame covers as it seems he may have been the one to take them off?
It’s a stunning bike, what was the other limited zxr that had a bit of red in it? Was it an endurance France type thingy? I love the zxr
IMHO that is a pre-Covid price, The bike is lovely, but not immaculate, hence the serious bidding never got anywhere near that.
In my opinion the nicest ever bike to leave Japan...and 3rd overall favourite. F4 916 zxr750 If not in rush hold the bike for another year....not the best time to sell now and it will get worse in the next 2-3 months.
Thanks for your long range assessment. By immaculate I assume you’re referring the the Kevlar panels?
Bike prices don’t seem to be falling at all. I’ve been looking at a new bike and there doesn’t seem to be any deals on. Mates just bought a bike from a dealer that told him he’s sold 50 bikes during lockdown
I was definitely surprised it didn’t make the reserve, wasn’t set ridiculously high and is priced to sell I believe.
I've not seen any movement in actual sold prices, just people's appetite for spending. Be that houses or bikes. A van sales place next door, sold zero vans in over 2 months, but half a dozen convertible cars?
Boredom has to do with a lot I think. Folk will still spend I think. If I can sell the Kwacker and my R1 then I’m getting a new bike
And folk have had 3m of pay, mortgage pay,met holidays with not much reduction in salary and many had a hefty reduction in travel costs. let’s hope they don’t regret it.
