She is a risk taker and as proof; here she is with Brad Pitt riding in Ho Chi Minh and I can tell you that's a scary place to be on a bike! However when the odds are so stacked against her and having seen her mother die at 56 yrs, she made a life saving decision. To come out and publicise it was very brave and I am full of respect for her raising awareness.
