Got a response yesterday from MotoNovo, they have acknowledged there was hidden commission on a bike I financed in 2017, nothing from Black Horse yet apart from the acknowledgment of my email.
Interesting. I had a similar response from Moto Novo, but Honda Finance were not-guilty on two counts.
