Is it the type that clicks when you reach a pre-set torque ? I was using a mini ratchet handle today to tighten hose clamps inside the fuel tank and I'd swear it needed more than about 2 Nm just to make the ratchet work in the reverse direction !
I needed a short handled one with a good range of settings, so I have one of these..... https://www.drapertools.com/product...80-Nm-or-88-5-708-In-lb-Ratchet-Torque-Wrench Any tool needed for under 10Nm is called a spanner. It didn't cost the RRP and it works well....tested it against other torque wrenches and it is fine. Because of that, I also bought the larger one..... https://www.drapertools.com/product...0Nm-or-22-1-154-9-lb-ft-Ratchet-Torque-Wrench
