  3. It's nearly identical to my coach house, although you've got a better/newer roof.
I painted in the inside of the walls with Dulux weathershield.
Painted the old concrete floor with blackjack or similar.
2" of polystyrene insulation and then waterproof interlocking floor boards.....17 years later still great.
I did put in heating which helped massively with the damp.

Need to pull the whole thing down now and start again.......

Let me know if you are considering Air Conditioning or a heat pump....I may know someone.

  4. And throw that DIY /toy ladder away and get a proper one!

  5. I just hoover up after I use them.

  6. You can buy them from your local friendly dealer though they aren't cheap. Although for the 1098, I bought one from a member on here who sold his bike. You could always put a wanted post up.

  7. One on an Ebay auction at the moment.

  11. I just hope it isn't tiled yet!

  12. I think this might be more of a generic cover. My 1098 one has pockets for the mirrors, I may be wrong, but I don't think this type has.

  13. They only have the normal cover up on the website as I can see. I'll call in and see how much they want to rob me.

    Thanks Stu

  14. I think that's just a standard one which is £61 from Ducati themselves, I'm watching it but no picture of it on the bike. Thanks tho

    Stu.

  15. Yep...way too much stress in the wooden lintel above the stable door already at this stage.

  16. The 1st pic is of the one Exe linked too. As you can see, it's a cheaper version and not tailored around the mirrors.

The 2nd image is of the updated version of my genuine Ducati cover. I think it's discontinued now, but they were north of £200 :Wideyed:

  18. wek up, theres a conc lintel behind it ;)

  19. Don't forget the damp proofing under the concrete....and the underfloor heating, sewer and other drainage pipes...never know when you may decide to modify it's use.
