  1. Or find another way to get oil out. Speak to Kato.

  2. Cheers! Emailed MBP yesterday about the kit, Guy has emailed me back saying it is NOT a straight-forward bolt-on, Im guessing for the reasons you describe? :upyeah:

Should eliminate any rocker wear anyway lol

  3. Howdo!!

The ST3 lump has lines going to the covers as per the MBP heads.

  4. Simple! Open up the oil drain gallery if its a problem.
Your not adding a oil feed just replacing the internal oil feed.
On the later 2v injection engine..
The carb engine has external oil drains to sump.

My ss/st2 bottom end with 916 top end with internal oil feed to heads sealed works a treat.

  5. Also all 851 888 916 996 have them.. All built on a pantah based bottom end.
Which all up to 900 2v are based on.

  6. GOT IT.

Fit a square-section washer (ie a spring washer?) INSIDE the o-ring, large enough not to fit down the oil hole, thin enough to fit in the recess.

This will hold the o-ring open & prevent it being slurped. :upyeah:

Just got home from a ride round, had a wipe-round to see where it was all coming from? Turns out to be the seal on the belt driveshaft, which I replaced a month or two back??!

Am convinced I never damaged it fitting it, may have been some ancient old-stock rubbish... :frown:
