  1. Please do not confuse disappointment with surprise. It’s the sheer volume of shite that is overwhelming.

  2. Can you elaborate?

  3. I thought I already had but here goes. I have only expressed disappointment that almost every thread gets infected with predictable dross posing as humour from the same few posters, funny at first but boring when repeated ad infinitum. The surprise is a none existent element added by yourself for effect. I am boring myself now.

  4. Well, you haven't elaborated at all, just repeated.

I'll phrase it another way, give us examples of the "Sheer volume of shite"?

  5. Cream Revenge sales posts....

  7. I can’t give examples, there are none, I am a deluded idiot and I have been beaten into submission. I surrender.

  9. Says the man with no Ducati and no intention of buying a Ducati soon - go on, admit it, you come here for the banter too...

  10. I think he's a plant from the bmw and porsche forum shhhh, don't tell him

  11. It’s like a pub.

  12. :eyes: Just that. No words. Repeated ad nauseum.

  13. Agree with both of these 100%.

But it’s a bit sad when the practice of “passing notes in class” is employed. Cliques are unavoidable amongst regular/long-term members, but that doesn’t mean that those within them should regress to childhood. If you have something to say, say it. Otherwise use the message system, not this boyhood nonsense.

  14. I have to agree a little with Lazzydog... especially this time of the year when everyone is bored and sat around at home with nothing to do... there can be too much shit... especially the politics and digs at one another...

But the easy answer is just read the threads that interest you... that way you just waste an hour of your life a day not 5 hours a day...

If it was a pub.. a nice drink rather than getting hammered every day...

  15. Its more a speak easy than a pub. Pubs are generally warmer places.

I just pop by to look at wroughties funnies or stuff for sale.

  16. Winter does bring it's challenges as everyone does get "tetchy".

I hope that this winter is an improvement on last winter, which in turn was an improvement on the year previous.

From my perspective the place is a lot nicer and much easier to over see and manage if people act their age and not their shoe size over winter.

If you can all bear that in mind I would be very grateful. :)
