I just tried a couple of companies for an online quote using the reg number of one I looked at at a dealers yesterday , it just kept coming up with number not recognised . I've just emailed Ducati and mentioned this and that they haven't registered this model with the association of British insurers. Will now wait and see!
FYI Iam trying to progress this via assistance from Ducati Owners Club GB .Will let you know how I get on but there is absolutely no reason why the bike should not be on the list and owners should be disadvantaged as a consequence.
Well , I've just bought a 1200r and got a quote off ducati insurance for £256 which I was quite pleased with .it works out as £156 more on top of the £100 that I was paying for the scrambler.
