More University Fees Reform?

  1. Just in general. Been to France often, mostly on bikes, and theyve always been charming and hospitable. Never had one single bad experience whilst over there. Not one. I love the place.

  2. The French get a bad press in Britain - odd as half the people with any money go and buy a second home there.
    If you can speak French, they are fine. Yes, they are a bit different to your average Brit, but no worse. But then Spaniards, Italians and Germans are all different too.

    They are a bit bolshy, but I've never met a race who were kinder to motorcyclists. Your average French motorist will just about drive in the ditch to let you past - especially if the road has double white lines you aren't meant to cross - and they will all warn you about any radar traps they have seen.

    French motorcyclists still like the uniform of leather jacket, jeans and trainers to ride very powerful expensive sportsbikes. They also quite often ride with a death wish. Don't try and follow them (especially if they have local plates). Don't ask me how I know this.
