Certainly was. He did enough given the conditions. 3 races to go now and 2 race wins in hand. He can lose 6 points to Bastianini next race and win the championship (possible tie on points but Kent would have more wins).
well that was q a race ..... god solid points for Vally, and good ride from Danny ( certainly shuts up some of his decriers on here from earlier in the year , would love to do a search on them but dont know how to ),,,,,,,,,,but,, on the last two laps with a battle between Smith nd Crashalot on a wet track what do we get,, endless shots of Dannys helmet, Vallys ass, Vallys best friend and a lonesome JLo,, who the fk directs / produces these programmes !!!!:Banghead:
Great directing in parc ferme though. Excellent shot of rossi talking to his crew & JLo just staring at him and shaking his head.
Just seen result as unlikely to watch any replays. Big plus for Vale championship. Is the race worth watching??
the first lap and last few with some good bits here and there. as cherod said there was some good styff goin on that they didnt show as per
Have to say I didnt see that ending! Watched first few laps and then as it was recorded started fast forwarding as bugger all happening. Then when Dani caught Dovi I started watching again. Great result, but we've seen Lorenzo do that a few times in the past havent we where he goes so quick at the start that he gets caught at the end. Phillip Island should be interesting......
I wouldn't say unfair on JLo. He pushed the tyres that hard to get them that bad so it's all on him. Not saying it was easy and he should have known better, difficult position to be in given the conditions.
Great result for the doctors championship pretty dull race all the same Pedrosa always wins a couple before the end of the season to keep his job for next year Lorenzo reckons hes the fastest and its all bad luck what a twat MotoGP News - MotoGP Japan: Lorenzo: I'm the fastest, bad luck is costing me
Really happy for pedrosa, and a great result for Rossi. Even a dull race keeps you on the edge of your seat. I'm sure Rossi will have even more ammunition to get inside lorenzo's head now.
Bloody hard work that race. They all looked completely knackered unsurprisingly. Great result for Vale and a credit to his 'never give up' determination. 18 point lead now - good! Still one DNF from Vale and that's that. Guess it's gonna depend on how much the HRC bikes get in the way assuming no DNFs. Agree that JLo is now looking a bit desperate and stressed. MM stayed on to the end! Not the race I was expecting but good news for Vale - really gotta fancy him for title number 10 now!
