Nah, he'll stick with the Desmo. Suzuki will run RDP and if he leaves Honda Dani P. If Dani P stays with the big H, expect a rider such as Tito Rabat or more likely Laverty (the one in WSBK) to get a call up
Will be an interesting next few weeks to see who re signs and moves on Will Lorenzo get the deal he wants? Looks like Yamaha are not going to pay him what he wants but he wants to stay will Honda try and get him again Rossi for sure will be staying with Yamaha Marquez - staying with Honda without a doubt Cal - Maybe he will jump ship thats what it sounds like will he want to risk another year - then again suzuki is a big risk they need some one with more experiance to get that bike racing - some one like hayden perhaps? Dont thing RDP has the pace to run it Dani pedrosa - will Honda want another year with out him winning - a move i think is on the cards not to mention who will move to NGM Forward to replace edwards Smith to stay at Tech 3? Also bautista will they want him on that bike not performing as well as he did last year he is struggling with it Bradl another good rider on a good machine with so much Moto 2 talent who is to say the likes of LCR And GO And Fun will want to keep there riders they have now one thing is for sure if Ducati and Suzuki make competitive bikes for next year it will defo liven things up and if Honda pumped more funding into its customer bikes that will also throw in some good racing will PBM Etc be around next year running the bikes they are now or will PBM Throw its funding into BSB or even WSB One things for sure i would love to be a fly on the wall at Ducati, Yamaha and Honda to see who is going where
I like Danni p the thing is you can almost bet he will get a podium week after week , will big H risk a newby who may finish top 10 ,love to see cal on one then hed have no moaning excuses ,although bet he,d find something
Also not long ago there was a Rumour that hopper may take up the suzuki seat if he had a good year in BSB - Not going to plan for him though as he seems to be struggling a bit
Still the most successful Suzuki rider of the last ten years though. Yes chris vermeulen got a win, but at the end of the season, he was nowhere
A second position for ducati! Probably would've been a different result if whole race was dry, but credit were credits due, well done dovizioso. Cal should move to Suzuki to whinge in there paddock making way for Iannone.
Dont shoot the messenger - i know news is not news until its confirmed but looks interesting Marca: ‘Pedrosa renews with Honda’ Tuesday, 01 July 2014 Spanish sports newspaper Marca reports on Tuesday that an agreement has been reached between Dani Pedrosa and HRC, which would keep the former championship runner-up with Repsol Honda Team once a few last details have been slotted into place. ‘The foundations are already laid, depending on a few details which could mean the announcement is delayed for a while, but there would be no reason to break the deal,’ Marca’s Jaume Martin writes. ‘Dani rejected offers from Suzuki and Ducati. He also kept an eye on the Yamaha situation in case Jorge Lorenzo didn’t renew with them.’ Explaining that Honda continues to rate both the performances and robustness of Pedrosa, Marca also demonstrates another element that may have helped the decision. ‘There is another factor. The good relationship between the two Catalans (Pedrosa and Marquez) at HRC. Signing Lorenzo could have been seen as distraction for Marquez, even though he has said publically that this wouldn’t be a problem.’
