  1. I am starting to see why you had problems :D

  2. Likewise I've always found Moto Legends excellent, not always the cheapest and they do tend to deal with better quality gear.

I was trying to decide between a Klim and Rukka airflow jacket, trouble was I liked some aspects of one and some of the other. They encouraged me to take each jacket out for a ride on a scorching hot day to see which I liked best. I came back and tried a smaller size in one but decided it wasn't right. I must have spent 1.5hrs with them and they still matched the price from an EU supplier. Oh and this was just after lockdown ended and they had to then steam or isolate the other jackets I didn't buy, no fuss, no bother, just good advice.

  3. Agree.
Seems pretty clear everyone else is saying they've had no problems and found Motolegends good to deal with. Meanwhile the OP is effing and blinding and calling them fu**ing retards.

  4. I've only been to Moto Legends once, a couple of years ago now, as I was having trouble finding a pair of Gloves locally to fit me, and they appear to have loads of stock to try on.

Considering I was spending a relatively small amount of money, they couldn't have been more helpful on a busy Saturday morning.
I was lucky that Sara, one of the owners, served me herself, and she really knew the differences in sizes between the various makes and styles of gloves they had.

I came away happy, with a well fitting pair of Gloves for what I considered a good price, and had spent a pleasant 1/2hr in the company of a nice Lady.

I'm sure I'll go back at some stage.

  5. As well has having bought over the phone and on-line I've also visited the showroom in Guildford twice. I can attest to the level of service they offer there. A complete breath of fresh air in the MC trade and deserving of the success that they've made of the business. Their product knowledge, assistance and patience on both occasions was exemplary. Stock held in significant depth behind the scenes too. Just a very happy customer, no affiliation otherwise.

  6. They very local to me, and been in there often over the years. Bought lots from them, returned stuff, browsed / tested stuff without buying, and had Daytona boots tested and sent off for repair by them. Always found them helpful, knowledgeable etc, tho never had a need to ‘test’ their price match +10% ‘service’. Shame to hear of ones bad experience, but it does seem to be somewhat isolated thankfully...

  8. Must be my problem they fucked up and then rectified a simple mistake oh well all sorted now, thanks for the tip on the flys

  9. Because I couldn’t be arsed explaining it to you but seeing you’ve asked three times now they didn’t look at the correct price of the competitor I wanted them to price match against.. lol

  10. Pretty clear on their terms and conditions...

Perhaps you didn’t provide a screen shot or the correct link, but we won’t know because ‘you can’t be arsed’.

Seems harsh to call them out like this when the majority of people have a very positive experience.

  11. I ordered a richer set on the Black Friday motolegends only price matched as the price I found was from a European site pretending to be in the uk. The problem for me is the jacket came with in a couple of days and I’m still waiting for the pants. They have phoned me a few times over the months but in starting to get fed up places should not take payment if there’s no stock..

  12. Waiting on some boots from Motolegends, ordered about a month ago. Well aware that they're not due until late Feb, he same everywhere. Yes they took my money, a commitment to buy from me, but I'm sure they would refund if I asked.

  13. The majority of online sellers do this though it’s not limited to MotoLegends.

  14. Wow... the guy had an issue with them not doing what they claimed they would and told us about it.

He did that to help out...but as some have found no issues with the supplier, all you do is dismiss his tale and savage the guy for having his bad experience.

    Way to go.

I am sure anyone else having negative experiences with suppliers will rush to tell you all now

  15. I’m not sure anybody savaged the OP for telling of his experience. Initial responses were suggesting that his was an isolated incident. Personally, I started to side with Motolegends when the OP refused to explain why they had initially refused to price-match.

  16. Have purchased many items from Motolegends.

They have always price matched and given the extra 10% discount.

    Delivery usually next day .

    Great retailer.
