This year will be different again though. The sprint race on Saturday is worth half as many points as the main Sunday race. People who are fast, fast, fast, but cannot look after tyres over full race distance could have a big influence. Rookies, Miller? Riders struggling for fitness at full race distance (Marquez for instance when recovering from injury) could all be bigger factors in the sprint races.
The world feed is the BT Sport commentary for Friday, for now at least. The BT Sport team are concentrating on creating more Saturday content due to the Sprint Races. Suzi Perry has confirmed this, adding things might change as the season progresses.
So, in a nutshell what does what have to pay to who to watch the races nowadays ? Ive got basic Sky so know i cant watch it but im not in contract anymore as i stopped buy the footy package .
Various options, the only one I know and use is motogp.com which costs me 139.99 euros for twelve months.
It was that much for my renewal, now refunded after I asked for it. Might be cheaper if your vpn is France?
No news yet on Pol but that last 5 minutes, breathless. No-one would have picked Jack for pole, 3 manufacturers in the top 5, Fabio straight in the Q2 and MM fell off …… again. Bring on qualifying and the sprint race Andy
What a fantastic last 10 minutes, Jack Miller on top, both factory Aprilia's and FQ in the top 10, the sprint race tomorrow is going to be awesome. .
In some ways, MM coming off when tailgating Fabio for a tow is karma. Unhurt, which is obviously pleasing, but the whole getting a tow thing is wearing thin with him. Shocked at Miller pulling that one off as I didnt think the KTM was capable, but in fairness he put in some fantastic rides last year.
A little premature for who's gonna win this season, but it would be nice for KTM mixing it every round, especially with JM's top notch celebrations.
I wonder how long it will take him to realise FQ might not be the best rider to latch onto anymore lol. Did it towards the tail end of last season too. Maybe it’s the only bike he can keep up with…
MM will be looking a tow tomorrow in Q1 and if gets through to Q2, he'll do the same again. I agree it's wearing thin, he's been doing it far too long now. He even waits in the pits until a faster rider leaves then slots in behind them, it's a shame because he's still a talented rider.
